Description

Capacity – 128 plates (10 inches in diameter) with covers. Other pan and plate capacities depend on optional rack use. See spec sheet for details.

Temperature Control – An adjustable, electronic thermostat with digital display monitors the inside temperature to ensure food is being held at safe and precise temperatures.

Temperature held in transport – Superior insulation ensures the cavity will only lose 2ºF (1.1ºC) for every 45 minutes it is held without power, provided the door remains closed
