The Moffat Turbofan P Series is an upgraded range of prover/holding cabinet.
P10M holds 10 half-size tray with an auto-fill humidity generator in a compact wide footprint of 610mm.
Ideal for bread proofer and food regenerator for quick serve.
Can be used individually or with a Moffat E33D5 Turbofan oven model.
