This is a batch freezer machines with an upgraded technology, where the quantity per cycle and production time vary based on the types of mix used in the production process.

Performance

• Hard-O-Tronic® is the exclusive system for obtaining the desired gelato by checking its consistency, which can be changed during freezing.
• Beater without central shaft and with POM blades for the total extraction of the gelato.
• Self-regulating scraper blades for constantly cleaning the cylinder and maximizing yield.
• Post-cooling: activation of cold temperatures during extraction to maintain the consistency of the gelato.

Convenience

• Enables machine user to add mix and extract product while standing.
• Enables washing easier with the stainless steel sprayer attached to a lock in front of the machine.
• When the hopper lid is open, the command buttons are still fully functional, thus allowing the production cycle to start even while adding the mix.
