Carpigiani Mister Art Plus is a continuous artisanal Gelato production machine.

In a single machine, Mister Art incorporates the typical gelato production area: mixture is pasteurized in the upper tank, gelato is frozen in the lower cylinder.

The artisanal mix is made with natural ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, fruit pulp, and so on. They are poured into the tank, based on the instructions displayed on the machine screen.

The shape and speed of the beater mixes the ingredients, hence pasteurizing it at 65°C to sanitize them. This mix passes through the patented Carpigiani pump into the freezing cylinder.

The machine produces continuously. Each time product is extracted, an equal amount of mix passes from the pasteurization tank into the cylinder, which continues to freeze, always having the product ready.

Carpigiani Mister Art Plus is a machine built to make business life easier with its ability to create gelato as well as other confectionery products continuously. This frozen pastry machine is able to produce gelato, soft serve, sorbets, gelato pastry, single serving treats, gelato on a stick, mousse and creams.


  • Has the capability of not only produce artisanal Gelato continuously, but also producing narrow stick gelato molds and pastries.


  • A gear pump by Carpigiani ensures the best structure and control of overrun.
  • Contains two tanks, two motors, and two independent cylinders which produce two products of different consistency at the same time.


  • Doors are specifically designed for the application of terminals to make filling possible, that is gelato pastries (2),  fresh pastries (2), and Crystal portioning pistol hoses (2) which are used to create two distinct crystal densities and to produce, for example, multi-layer cakes.
  • Recipe book is provided.


  • Machine operators will be able to handle their tasks in a quicker pace, thus consuming lesser time.


  • Rounded corners in order to prevent unwanted accidents to occur.

  1. Optional Teorema: The use of Internet not only make monitoring easier, but diagnosing as well.


  • A dynamic hygiene technology (self-pasteurizing system at 65°C), to sanitize every part of the machine which comes in contact with the product. For instance, the beater.
  • Heat cleaning of cylinder makes cleaning operations much simpler.
  • Brush for cleaning the hose both internally and externally.

  1. Optional Sprayer with spiral hose and quick coupling, in regards to increase the maximum cleanliness of the machine.
