Carpigiani Ready 2030 Features

1) Quality

  • 6 automatic programs – 2 for gelato and sorbets, 1 for fruit slush, 2 for the special milk- or fruit-based Crystal, 1 for Ice Cream production with special beater (optional).
  • 6 automatic programs – 3 hot and 3 cold using Water Filling.
  • 3 automatic programs – Pasteurize, heat/cool the mix and thus, turn it into gelato.

2) Performance

  • Hard-O-Tronic®, a system to obtain the desired gelato by checking its consistency (Changes during freezing process).
  • Beater without central shaft, but with POM blades for total extraction of gelato, and
  • Because of its self-regulating scraper blades, it constantly cleans the cylinder and increases the yielding area.
  • Post-cooling: The activation of cold temperatures are to maintain the consistency of the extracted gelato.

3) Convenience

  • Enables machine user to use product while standing, and
  • Enables easy washing with the stainless steel sprayer attached to a lock in front of the machine.
  • Easy way: Use the batch freezer to prepare and pasteurize the mix.

So, Water Filling, is a system which plays a role as a dispenser to provide the right amount of water, to save time and to avoid measurement errors.

Additional Convenience:

  1. Optional Dispensing door with Crystal program used to fill containers and jars.
  2. Optional Tray-lock mat enables extraction but also to enhance variegation.

5) Safety

  • Rounded corners in order to prevent unwanted accidents to occur.
  • Auto defrost procedure initiated to restart production when power failure or accidental stoppage happens during the gelato production process.

  • One-piece cylinder to increase cleanliness and guaranteed hygiene.
  • Facilitates cleaning, for instance, with hot wash, detachable extraction chute and Scotch-Brite treatment.
  • The cleaning cycle takes time but it guarantees hygienic state with temperature control in the cylinder when the gelato were extracted.
