Two beater motors and separate cooling systems | The independent cylinder allows simultaneous production of different type of ice cream. |
Stainless steel pressurized gear pumps (P model) | With POM gears, it ensures the best ice cream texture, quality and high overrun. Moreover, it is adjustable from 40% to 80%. |
Independent pump transmissions (P model) | Helps to extend the pump and gears life. Also allowing flexibility and maximum performance. |
Gravity fed system (G model) | Valves controlled naturally by adding air to the mix, hence producing a firm and dry ice cream. Having an overrun up to 40%. |
Tank agitators | Prevents product stratification and helps to reduce foam by maintaining fluid consistency. |
POM beaters | One piece POM beater makes cleaning easier. Thus, firm and dry products are produced. An ideal machine for frozen yogurt. |
Self closing device | The dispenser shuts automatically to stop the flow of ice cream, which prevents wastage and mess. |
Adjustable ice cream flow | Adjustable product flow for specific dispensing speed and volume needs. |
