Moffat Turbofan P Series is an upgraded range of electric prover/holding cabinet with efficient heating capacity.
The commercial holding cabinet has an auto-fill humidity generator with easy to use controls.
It comes with a reversible left or right hand hinged door and an easy installation plug-in connection.
Plus, it is an ideal commercial cabinet as bread proofer and food regenerator for quick serve.
Can be used individually or with an E32 Moffat Turbofan oven models.
